Fundraising intern
Join Lighthouse Relief’s Communications and Fundraising Team to help sustain vital psychosocial support and sport programmes for people seeking refuge in Greece.
You will research grant opportunities, support donor outreach, and assist in developing fundraising campaigns such as Giving Tuesday. This remote volunteer role offers hands-on experience in NGO fundraising, communications, and partnership development. Ideal for someone passionate about human rights, advocacy, and community-led impact. Applicants should be familiar with the migration context in Greece and more widely in Europe.
Minimum commitment: two day per week for three months.

Social media intern
As a Part-Time Social Media Intern, you will bring LHR’s ground-level impact to life across digital platforms. Working closely with the Head of Communications, you will combine creative content production with field site presence.
You will visit our field activities 1–2 times per week to gather raw visual material and transform it into dynamic, high-engagement content - specifically Instagram Reels and TikToks - to raise awareness and support our fundraising efforts.
Minimum commitment: two days per week for 3 months.

Programme Intern
As a Programming Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Lighthouse Relief’s day‑to‑day programme delivery across all projects. Working closely with our Co-Directors, you will contribute to planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of weekly activities in community spaces nearby refugee camps.
Minimum commitment: 3 months
